“ Weve been here twice and never had a problem. The customer service was really good as well. The guy working made sure to make our food correctly. The store was smoky inside so we decided to wait outside for our food. It took them 15 mins to get our food ready which is pretty good and our food was well made! Im not sure if all of those recent bad reviews are legit but honestly my food was well made! Our boneless wings and fries were soooo good. We will definitely be coming back ”
“ Always check your take out order before leaving. Twice I was missing an entire order of wings. Service was questionable to say the least, otherwise, great food. Fresh ranch rocks!!! I am updating this review because yesterday I ordered via Uber Eats and the tenders were spot on seasoned properly, the fries, with the skins still on, were fresh and delicious. Order cheese sauce for dipping and life is good. I thought they had dinner rolls? Its a shame they got discontinued. ”

I used to work at a wingstop which was just the best ever out of the area so after trying the Carlsbad location I was just grossed out. I was counting down the days until the Douglas opening the first time it was quick, everything was 1010 perfect. I went back a couple days later, waited 45 minutes AFTER my estimated pickup time. I paid for drums only received a mix, I ordered extra crispy, they were not, I ordered my fries extra crispy, they were soggy cold they put the cheese directly on the fries not on the side for a TAKEOUT order. thouroughly disappointed. my order was 36 that I wont be getting back. my first visit was perfect so I may be giving them another chance. they were really busy but people are all waiting in line for GOOD food first, quality is more important than speed. if you order at wingstop you know its made to order so Id rather my order be correct than fast. ”

“ Great experience at WingStop! Despite covid and managing the system of ordering through the app, this location has improved and done well to implement the rules. Before Ive had to wait quite a while but it was always worth the wait the wings are to die for especially the lemon pepper flavor!! Recently Ive notice theyve been very timeefficient and was pleasantly surprised that my order was completed so quick but had the great quality as always. Johnny displayed excellent customer service by doublechecking what was in my order and was very kind! Definitely will still be a loyal customer! ”
